1. Large Indoor Barn with individual stalls for horses to stay in.
2. Large 400 foot fenced in area for training
3. 40 acres of fenced pasture to graze
4. Access to 100’s of acres of trails
5. Specializing in care of older horses
• Quarterly visits from Equine Veterinary Horse Dentist
• Monthly visits from Equine Chiropractor and Acupucturist
• Nearby Equine Veterinary Medical Center has:
• Six (6) Vets on staff at any hour of the day (24/365) so we have a vet available who knows our horses
• Winter water tank heater set at 45° (warms the water to encourage older horses to drink, not just melt the ice)
